Tony Spaldon is a seasoned, licensed mechanical engineer with over 20 years of expertise in automotive system development, analysis, and manufacturing. His diverse skill set spans drivetrain, structural, electrical, occupant protection, and fuel systems. Tony possesses a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and field concerns, gained through extensive troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis.

In 2014, Tony transitioned to a forensic engineering role, focusing on examinations and investigations across residential, vehicular, commercial, and industrial losses. His career includes in-depth studies and analyses of field failures in automotive, motorsports, heavy equipment, and material handling industries, providing him with a comprehensive perspective on engineering challenges and solutions.

 
Currently, Tony serves the roll of Executive Vice President at ILC onboarding and overseeing all assignments and coordinating with each team member to support ILC’s loss clients.
