This course provides adjusters with a practical understanding of the various types of piping, tubing, and hose systems used in commercial, industrial, and medical environments. Participants will explore the media carried by these systems, common materials and connection types, and how failures can impact coverage, causation, and repair responsibility.

This course addresses contractor roles, applicable codes, permitting, and potential code upgrade implications. Real-world case studies illustrate how complex plumbing losses are evaluated and resolved to restore the insured to pre-loss condition.
