Course Description
This course is designed to help adjusters minimize downtime, costs, and operational disruption when handling losses involving new or recently refurbished industrial and commercial equipment. Participants will examine common damage mechanisms affecting newly built or refurbished machinery, learn how to properly document complex losses, and identify the key parties required for effective resolution. Through multiple real-world case studies, the course demonstrates practical strategies for restoring the insured to pre-loss condition while balancing repair, replacement, and subrogation considerations.
