Max Kiley, B.S.E.E – COO & Electrical Engineer

Max earned his electrical engineering degree from Iowa State before joining ILC. With previous experience in the aerospace and packaging industries, he specialized in failure mode analysis, manufacturing machinery, electrical troubleshooting, process improvement, product design, and machine building. Currently, Max holds a dual role at ILC as the Chief Operating Officer and Electrical Engineer. In his capacity as COO, he collaborates closely with the entire ILC team to enhance operations and processes, aligning with ILC’s growth and mission of delivering top-notch technical consulting. Additionally, as an Electrical Engineer Consultant, Max lends his expertise to a diverse range of complex losses, including those involving manufacturing equipment and power distribution equipment.
